Al Barsha is the district around Mall of the Emirates, with Ski Dubai inside the mall, a large number of hotels and residential streets stretching inland from Sheikh Zayed Road. Our office is in Dubai Marina, 10 to 15 minutes away, so for Al Barsha we bring the car to your hotel or apartment building. The handover takes about 10 minutes. Parking in Al Barsha
Mall of the Emirates gives the first hours of parking free, then charges hourly, and waives the charge if you shop there. Street parking follows the standard Parkin rules: pay by zone code in the Parkin app, AED 4.20 an hour at peak, 8 to 10 in the morning and 4 to 8 in the evening, AED 2.10 to 4.20 off-peak depending on the zone, and free from 10 pm to 8 am, on Sundays and on public holidays. Hotels in the area usually park guests' cars for free; for a delivered car, ask reception where to leave it. Mall of the Emirates also has electric car chargers.
Getting around from Al Barsha
The Al Barsha Salik gate is on Sheikh Zayed Road right by Mall of the Emirates, AED 4.20 or 6.30 per crossing depending on the hour; Al Khail Road, on the inland side of the district, has no gate on this stretch. At weekends from 16:00 the approaches to the mall are the busiest roads in the area, so head straight for the upper levels of the car park rather than circling the lower ones. The Marina and JBR are 10 to 15 minutes away, Downtown about 15 to 20 minutes outside rush hour, and the Mall of the Emirates metro station on the Red Line is next to the mall.
Delivery terms
On rentals of 7 days or more, delivery and collection anywhere in Dubai are free. On shorter rentals they cost AED 210 for both legs together. There is no deposit on any car, and 250 km a day are included.
