The Greens is a residential community of low-rise apartment buildings set among lawns and pools, next to The Views, Barsha Heights and the Emirates Golf Club, just off Sheikh Zayed Road by Dubai Internet City. The Red Line of the metro runs along Sheikh Zayed Road nearby, but for the beaches, the malls and trips out of the city a car is far more convenient. Our office is in Dubai Marina, about 10 minutes away, so for The Greens we bring the car to your building. The handover takes about 10 minutes. Parking in The Greens
Most buildings have their own car parks with a limited number of spaces, usually one per apartment, so if you are renting an apartment, ask the host whether a space is included and how to get the access pass. Visitor parking in residential complexes is usually limited to about four hours and watched by security; overstaying can end with a wheel clamp or towing. Where there are Parkin street bays, the standard rules apply: pay by zone code in the Parkin app, AED 4.20 an hour at peak, 8 to 10 in the morning and 4 to 8 in the evening, AED 2.10 to 4.20 off-peak depending on the zone, and free from 10 pm to 8 am, on Sundays and on public holidays.
Getting around from The Greens
On Sheikh Zayed Road the Al Barsha gate by Mall of the Emirates and the Al Safa gates towards Downtown charge AED 4.20 or 6.30 per crossing depending on the hour; Al Khail Road has no gate on this stretch and is the usual way round when Sheikh Zayed Road is jammed. The Marina and JBR are about 10 minutes away, Mall of the Emirates about 10 minutes, Downtown 20 to 25 minutes outside rush hour.
Delivery terms
On rentals of 7 days or more, delivery and collection anywhere in Dubai are free. On shorter rentals they cost AED 210 for both legs together. There is no deposit on any car, and 250 km a day are included.
