Arabian Ranches is a gated community of villas and townhouses inland, off Al Qudra Road, next to Motor City and the Dubai Polo and Equestrian Club. The metro does not reach it, so for a stay in a villa here a car is the easiest way to get around. Our office is in Dubai Marina, 20 to 25 minutes away outside rush hour, so for Arabian Ranches we bring the car to your villa. The handover takes about 10 minutes. Arrange the time with us by WhatsApp; support works daily from 10:00 to 19:00.
Delivery and parking in Arabian Ranches
Many villas in the community look alike, and the house numbering is not always obvious to an outsider, so send us the villa's Makani number along with the address: the driver will come straight to the right door. You will find the number in the Makani app or in the Google Maps place card, and often on a plate at the entrance. Each villa has its own driveway, so overnight the car stays at the house. Do not park at a neighbour's gate or on the sand between houses: neighbours call an inspector faster than you would think.
Getting around from Arabian Ranches
Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Road and Emirates Road pass close by, and neither has Salik gates; neither does the road to Al Qudra and the desert, so most trips from here cost nothing in tolls. Al Qudra Road leads inland to Al Qudra Lakes, the desert road photographers like at sunset, and the camping areas; it is paved all the way to the parking areas, so any car will do. When Sheikh Zayed Road is jammed, Emirates Road is almost always clear. The Marina and JBR are 20 to 25 minutes away, Downtown about 25 to 30 minutes outside rush hour.
Delivery terms
On rentals of 7 days or more, delivery and collection anywhere in Dubai are free. On shorter rentals they cost AED 210 for both legs together. There is no deposit on any car, and 250 km a day are included.
