City Walk is an open-air district in Al Wasl, between Jumeirah and Sheikh Zayed Road, with restaurants, boutiques, the Green Planet and the Coca-Cola Arena close by. Our office is in Dubai Marina, 20 to 25 minutes away, so we bring the car to your hotel or apartment in the district and the streets around it. The handover takes about 10 minutes: you inspect the car, photograph it and sign the contract. Arrange the time with us by WhatsApp; support works daily from 10:00 to 19:00.
Parking
The district is largely pedestrian, so cars go to the underground car parks and the smaller surface lots. On weekend evenings the entrances fill early; arriving before 18:00 saves a long search. Payment is at the machines or at the exit gate, so keep your parking ticket.
Around City Walk
Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall are about 10 minutes away, the Jumeirah beaches 5 to 10 minutes, DIFC and Downtown 10 to 15. Access is from Al Wasl Road and from the Sheikh Zayed Road side. In the evening the junctions around the district slow down, so allow extra time before a dinner reservation.
Delivery terms
On rentals of 7 days or more, delivery and collection anywhere in Dubai are free. On shorter rentals they cost AED 210 for both legs together. There is no deposit on any car, and 250 km a day are included.
