Business Bay is the district of office and residential towers along the Dubai Canal next to Downtown, a short drive from Burj Khalifa and DIFC. Our office is in Dubai Marina, 20 to 30 minutes away on Sheikh Zayed Road outside rush hour, so for Business Bay we bring the car to your office, hotel or apartment building. The handover takes about 10 minutes. For a business trip the minimum rental is one day, and a company can pay by bank transfer. Parking in Business Bay
Business Bay and DIFC have the AED 6.30 premium peak rate, 8 to 10 in the morning and 4 to 8 in the evening, and between 9:00 and 17:00 a free street bay is hard to find. The underground car park of an office tower usually costs AED 10 to 20 an hour and usually has space, so for a meeting it is often quicker than hunting for a bay. Street parking is free from 10 pm to 8 am, on Sundays and on public holidays. If you live in a residential tower, ask the building for a parking pass: residential areas often have resident-only bays.
Driving from Business Bay
Mornings, 8:00 to 9:30, are the busiest time to get into Business Bay and Downtown, and Al Khail Road at the Business Bay interchange is slow then. The Business Bay Crossing over the Creek on Al Khail Road has a Salik gate, AED 4.20 or 6.30 per crossing depending on the hour. Downtown and Dubai Mall are a few minutes away, DXB airport about 20 minutes, and the Marina 20 to 30 minutes outside rush hour. If your morning meeting is in DIFC or Downtown, a Red Line metro park-and-ride car park is free and saves the queue at the office car park.
Delivery terms
On rentals of 7 days or more, delivery and collection anywhere in Dubai are free. On shorter rentals they cost AED 210 for both legs together. There is no deposit on any car, and 250 km a day are included.
