Dubai Harbour is a new marina and cruise terminal between Bluewaters and the Palm Jumeirah, with berths for yachts, restaurants and apartment towers. Our office is in Dubai Marina, about 10 minutes away, so a delivery here is quick. The handover takes about 10 minutes: you inspect the car, photograph it and sign the contract. Arrange the time with us by WhatsApp; support works daily from 10:00 to 19:00.
If you arrive by cruise ship
For cruise passengers we meet you at the terminal as we would at a hotel: when booking, give us the name of the ship and the time of disembarkation, and the driver waits at the exit. The same applies to the return, so you can leave the car just before boarding.
Around Dubai Harbour
Parking is in the marina car parks next to the promenade. The Palm Jumeirah, Bluewaters and JBR are 5 to 10 minutes away, Burj Al Arab about 10, the Marina 10 to 15, and Downtown about 25 minutes outside rush hour.
Delivery terms
On rentals of 7 days or more, delivery and collection anywhere in Dubai are free. On shorter rentals they cost AED 210 for both legs together. There is no deposit on any car, and 250 km a day are included.
