Jumeirah Lake Towers, JLT for short, is the cluster of office and residential towers around artificial lakes on the inland side of Sheikh Zayed Road, directly opposite Dubai Marina. Our office is in Princess Tower in the Marina, a few minutes away across the highway, so JLT gets the same fast handover as the Marina: pickup at the office on the day, or delivery to your tower soon after a car is free. Parking in JLT
Street parking follows the standard Parkin rules: look at the sign by the bay, note the zone code and pay in the Parkin app. Every zone has a peak rate of AED 4.20 an hour from 8 to 10 in the morning and 4 to 8 in the evening; off-peak it is AED 2.10 to 4.20 depending on the zone, and street parking is free from 10 pm to 8 am, on Sundays and on public holidays. During office hours free bays around the clusters are scarce, so for a longer stop the car park of a tower is easier. If you are staying in a JLT apartment, ask the host about a parking space and an access pass before you arrive; without the pass the barrier will not open.
Getting around from JLT
Two Red Line metro stations serve the district, so on a busy morning you can leave the car and take the metro towards Downtown. By car, the Marina and JBR are across the highway, Palm Jumeirah is 10 to 15 minutes away, and Downtown 20 to 30 minutes on Sheikh Zayed Road outside rush hour, passing the Al Barsha and Al Safa Salik gates; Al Khail Road avoids them.
Delivery terms
On rentals of 7 days or more, delivery and collection anywhere in Dubai are free. On shorter rentals they cost AED 210 for both legs together, wherever in the city. There is no deposit on any car, and 250 km a day are included.
