Dubai Mall stands at the foot of Burj Khalifa, with the Dubai Fountain, the aquarium and more than a thousand shops under one roof. Our office is in Dubai Marina, 20 to 30 minutes away on Sheikh Zayed Road outside rush hour, so we bring the car to your hotel or apartment in Downtown or Business Bay, or to the mall entrance by agreement. The handover takes about 10 minutes: you inspect the car, photograph it and sign the contract. Arrange the time with us by WhatsApp; support works daily from 10:00 to 19:00.
Parking at the mall
The car parks are split into named zones, among them Grand, Fashion and Cinema, and on busy weekends the nearest levels fill quickly. When you park, photograph the zone name and the level: the building is huge and the exit signs look alike. Valet service at the main entrances is paid. Check the tariff board at the entrance, because terms for long stays can change.
Getting there
The simplest approach is Sheikh Zayed Road to the Downtown exit, or Al Khail Road from the Business Bay side. In the evening and on Fridays and Saturdays the access roads around Burj Khalifa move slowly. If you only come for shopping, the Metro station Burj Khalifa / Dubai Mall is linked to the mall by a covered walkway.
Delivery terms
On rentals of 7 days or more, delivery and collection anywhere in Dubai are free. On shorter rentals they cost AED 210 for both legs together. There is no deposit on any car, and 250 km a day are included.
