Terminal 1 of Dubai International serves most foreign airlines, including many European and Asian carriers. We have no desk in the terminal and do not need one: when booking, you give us your flight number, the driver tracks the arrival online and meets you at the arrivals exit with a name board. The handover takes about 10 minutes: you inspect the car, photograph it and sign the contract. Arrange the time with us by WhatsApp; support works daily from 10:00 to 19:00.
Meeting point and the way into the city
After immigration and baggage claim you come out into the arrivals hall; the driver waits at the exit and messages you on WhatsApp with the exact spot. The Metro Red Line station Terminal 1 is in the building. Emirates flights arrive at Terminal 3, so check the terminal on your boarding pass. From T1 it is about 10 minutes to Deira and the Creek, 20 to Downtown and 30 to 40 to the Marina along Sheikh Zayed Road.
Returning the car
For the return we meet you at the departures level, usually three hours before an international flight. The ENOC station on Airport Road is a convenient place to fill up first.
Delivery terms
On rentals of 7 days or more, delivery to the airport and collection there are free. On shorter rentals they cost AED 210 for both legs together. There is no deposit on any car, and 250 km a day are included. Bring your passport, your national driving licence and, if it is required for your country, an International Driving Permit.
