International City is a large residential district in the east of Dubai: low-rise apartment buildings grouped into country-themed clusters such as China, England, France, Italy and Russia, with Dragon Mart, a huge mall of Chinese goods, next door. It lies close to Dubai Silicon Oasis and the road to Hatta, and the metro does not reach it. Our office is in Dubai Marina, 35 to 45 minutes away outside rush hour, so for International City we bring the car to your building. The handover takes about 10 minutes. Delivery and parking in International City

The buildings within a cluster look alike, so send us the building's Makani number along with the cluster name and building number: the driver will come straight to the right entrance. Parking is mostly in open lots between the buildings, and in the evening, when residents come home, the spaces near the clusters fill up quickly, so on an evening return allow a few minutes to find a bay. Where there are Parkin street bays, the standard rules apply: pay by zone code in the Parkin app, AED 4.20 an hour at peak, AED 2.10 to 4.20 off-peak depending on the zone, and free from 10 pm to 8 am, on Sundays and on public holidays.

Getting around from International City

Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Road and Emirates Road run nearby, and neither has Salik gates, which makes them the usual toll-free routes towards Sharjah, the northern emirates and the Marina side of the city. Heading into the centre, the Salik gates are on the Business Bay Crossing bridge on Al Khail Road and on the Al Garhoud and Al Maktoum bridges across the Creek, AED 4.20 or 6.30 per crossing depending on the hour. DXB airport is about 15 to 20 minutes away, Downtown 20 to 25 minutes outside rush hour. International City is also a convenient base for trips to Hatta.

Delivery terms

On rentals of 7 days or more, delivery and collection anywhere in Dubai are free. On shorter rentals they cost AED 210 for both legs together. There is no deposit on any car, and 250 km a day are included.
