The Springs is a gated community of townhouses around lakes and parks, inland from JLT and Dubai Marina, next to The Meadows and Emirates Hills, where the villas are larger. The metro does not run through the community, so for a stay in a townhouse here a car is the easiest way to get around. Our office is in Dubai Marina, 10 to 15 minutes away, so for The Springs we bring the car to your door. The handover takes about 10 minutes. Arrange the time with us by WhatsApp; support works daily from 10:00 to 19:00.
Delivery and parking in The Springs
Many townhouses in the community look alike, and the house numbering is not always obvious to an outsider, so send us the Makani number along with the address: the driver will come straight to the right door. You will find the number in the Makani app or in the Google Maps place card, and often on a plate at the entrance. Each townhouse has its own parking space at the door, so overnight the car stays at the house. Do not park at a neighbour's gate or on the sand between houses: neighbours call an inspector faster than you would think.
Getting around from The Springs
The community is close to both Sheikh Zayed Road and Al Khail Road. On Sheikh Zayed Road the Al Barsha gate by Mall of the Emirates and the Al Safa gates towards Downtown charge AED 4.20 or 6.30 per crossing depending on the hour; Al Khail Road has no gate on this stretch and is the usual way round when Sheikh Zayed Road is jammed. The Marina, JBR and JLT are 10 to 15 minutes away, Mall of the Emirates about 15 minutes, Downtown 20 to 25 minutes outside rush hour.
Delivery terms
On rentals of 7 days or more, delivery and collection anywhere in Dubai are free. On shorter rentals they cost AED 210 for both legs together. There is no deposit on any car, and 250 km a day are included.
