Jumeirah Village Circle, JVC for short, is a residential community of low-rise apartment buildings and townhouses inland from the coast, between Al Khail Road and Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Road. There is no metro in JVC, and many residents and visitors staying in apartments there find a car the easiest way to get around. Our office is in Dubai Marina, about 15 to 20 minutes away, so for JVC we bring the car to your building. The handover takes about 10 minutes. Parking in JVC
Most buildings have their own car parks with a limited number of spaces, usually one per apartment. If you are renting an apartment, ask the host whether a space is included and how to get the access pass. Visitor parking in residential complexes is usually limited to about four hours and watched by security; overstaying can end with a wheel clamp or towing. Do not leave the car at villa gates or on the sand between buildings: neighbours call an inspector faster than you would think.
Getting around from JVC
JVC sits between Al Khail Road and Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Road. Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Road has no Salik gates at all, and Al Khail Road has only one, on the Business Bay Crossing bridge, so many trips from here cost nothing in tolls. Al Khail Road is the quickest way towards Business Bay and Downtown, Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Road the usual route towards Abu Dhabi and the Sharjah side of the city. Dubai Marina and JBR are 15 to 20 minutes away, Mall of the Emirates about 10 to 15 minutes.
Delivery terms
On rentals of 7 days or more, delivery and collection anywhere in Dubai, JVC included, are free. On shorter rentals they cost AED 210 for both legs together. There is no deposit on any car, and 250 km a day are included.
