Mall of the Emirates is in Al Barsha on Sheikh Zayed Road, known for Ski Dubai, the indoor ski slope, and the Kempinski hotel attached to the mall. Our office is in Dubai Marina, about 15 minutes away, so for the mall and the hotels around Al Barsha we bring the car to your door. The handover takes about 10 minutes: you inspect the car, photograph it and sign the contract. Arrange the time with us by WhatsApp; support works daily from 10:00 to 19:00.
Parking
The mall has several multi-storey car parks around the building, with entrances marked by letters and colours. Remember the entrance and the level, because from inside the sections look alike. At weekends and in the evening the car parks nearest the main entrances fill first; the far sections have free places and the walk is short. The Metro station Mall of the Emirates is connected to the mall directly, so you can also leave the car at the hotel and ride in.
Driving from the mall
The mall has its own exits onto Sheikh Zayed Road, and the Marina and Al Sufouh are 10 to 15 minutes away. Sheikh Zayed Road passes the Al Barsha Salik gate; the charge is automatic. On Friday and Saturday evenings leaving the car park back onto the road can take 15 to 20 minutes.
Delivery terms
On rentals of 7 days or more, delivery and collection anywhere in Dubai are free. On shorter rentals they cost AED 210 for both legs together. There is no deposit on any car, and 250 km a day are included.
