Umm Suqeim is the coastal district of Burj Al Arab, Madinat Jumeirah, Wild Wadi and Kite Beach. Our office is in Dubai Marina, 15 to 20 minutes away along the coast, so we bring the car to your hotel or villa. The handover takes about 10 minutes: you inspect the car, photograph it and sign the contract. Arrange the time with us by WhatsApp; support works daily from 10:00 to 19:00.
Parking and the beach
Hotels have valet or their own garages. The public beaches, including Kite Beach, have paid parking that fills by midday at weekends; arriving before 10:00 on Fridays and Saturdays helps. The road to the Burj Al Arab island is closed to anyone without a reservation, so for hotel guests we deliver to the hotel entrance.
Around Umm Suqeim
Jumeirah Beach Road and Al Sufouh Road run along the coast, with the Marina and JBR 15 minutes away, Al Wasl and City Walk about 15, and Downtown 20 to 25 minutes outside rush hour.
Delivery terms
On rentals of 7 days or more, delivery and collection anywhere in Dubai are free. On shorter rentals they cost AED 210 for both legs together. There is no deposit on any car, and 250 km a day are included.
