Al Satwa is an old residential and shopping district between Jumeirah and Sheikh Zayed Road, known for its cafes and restaurants on Al Diyafah Street and Satwa Road. Our office is in Dubai Marina, about 25 minutes away, so we bring the car to your hotel or apartment building. The handover takes about 10 minutes: you inspect the car, photograph it and sign the contract. Arrange the time with us by WhatsApp; support works daily from 10:00 to 19:00.
Parking
The streets are narrow and the evenings are busy, so parking is the main difficulty. Street bays are paid by zone through the Parkin app; buildings usually have a small number of allocated places. If you are staying in an apartment, ask the host about a space before the handover.
Around Al Satwa
City Walk and the Jumeirah beaches are 5 to 10 minutes away, Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall about 10 to 15, and Sheikh Zayed Road is a few minutes from the district. The main avenues are busiest in the evening, between 18:00 and 21:00.
Delivery terms
On rentals of 7 days or more, delivery and collection anywhere in Dubai are free. On shorter rentals they cost AED 210 for both legs together. There is no deposit on any car, and 250 km a day are included.
