Al Nahda is a residential district on the Dubai side of the border with Sharjah, popular with people who live in one emirate and work in the other. Our office is in Dubai Marina, 40 to 50 minutes away in traffic, so for Al Nahda we agree the delivery time in advance, ideally the day before. The handover takes about 10 minutes: you inspect the car, photograph it and sign the contract. Arrange the time with us by WhatsApp; support works daily from 10:00 to 19:00.
Parking
Most apartment buildings have their own garages with allocated places, and visitor spaces are limited. Street parking is paid by zone, and the streets near the large shopping centres are crowded in the evening.
Around Al Nahda
Al Ittihad Road and Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Road lead to Sharjah and towards Dubai. The roads fill up from 7:00 to 9:30 towards Dubai and from 17:00 to 20:00 back to Sharjah. DXB airport is about 15 minutes away, Deira 15 to 20, and the Sahara Centre mall is just across the border on the Sharjah side.
Delivery terms
On rentals of 7 days or more, delivery and collection anywhere in Dubai are free. On shorter rentals they cost AED 210 for both legs together. There is no deposit on any car, and 250 km a day are included.
