Terminal 2 is the smaller terminal at Dubai International, used by flydubai and some regional carriers, on the other side of the airfield from Terminals 1 and 3. We have no desk in the terminal: when booking, you give us your flight number, the driver tracks the arrival online and waits at the arrivals doors. The handover takes about 10 minutes: you inspect the car, photograph it and sign the contract. Arrange the time with us by WhatsApp; support works daily from 10:00 to 19:00.
Meeting point and the way into the city
Terminal 2 has a single arrivals exit, so the meeting point is easy to find. There is no Metro station here, which is one more reason to take a car straight from the terminal. flydubai flights also use Terminal 3, so check the terminal on your boarding pass. From T2 it is about 15 minutes to Deira and the Creek, 25 to Downtown and 35 to 45 to the Marina.
Returning the car
For the return we meet you at the departures level, usually three hours before an international flight, and the driver messages you on WhatsApp with the exact spot.
Delivery terms
On rentals of 7 days or more, delivery to the airport and collection there are free. On shorter rentals they cost AED 210 for both legs together. There is no deposit on any car, and 250 km a day are included. Bring your passport, your national driving licence and, if it is required for your country, an International Driving Permit.
