Dubai Festival City is a waterfront district on the Creek by the Al Garhoud Bridge, with Dubai Festival City Mall, several large hotels, villas and apartment buildings, and DXB airport about 10 minutes away. Our office is in Dubai Marina, 30 to 40 minutes away outside rush hour, so for Dubai Festival City we bring the car to your hotel or home. The handover takes about 10 minutes. Parking in Dubai Festival City
Dubai Festival City Mall has a large car park. Hotels in the area usually park guests' cars for free; for a delivered car, ask reception where to leave it. Apartment buildings have their own car parks with a limited number of spaces, and visitor parking in residential complexes is usually limited to about four hours; in the villa areas do not park at villa gates or on the sand between houses. Where there are Parkin street bays, the standard rules apply: pay by zone code in the Parkin app, AED 4.20 an hour at peak, AED 2.10 to 4.20 off-peak depending on the zone, and free from 10 pm to 8 am, on Sundays and on public holidays.
Getting around from Dubai Festival City
The nearest Creek crossings, the Al Garhoud Bridge and Business Bay Crossing, both have Salik gates, AED 4.20 or 6.30 per crossing depending on the hour, so a trip to Downtown or Business Bay usually includes one gate. Downtown is 15 to 20 minutes away outside rush hour, Deira 10 to 15 minutes. Before returning a car at DXB, the ENOC station on Airport Road, three minutes from Terminals 1 and 3, is handy for filling up.
Delivery terms
On rentals of 7 days or more, delivery and collection anywhere in Dubai, including DXB airport, are free. On shorter rentals they cost AED 210 for both legs together. There is no deposit on any car, and 250 km a day are included.
