Jumeirah Village Triangle, JVT for short, is a quiet community of townhouses and villas with parks and low-rise apartment buildings, next to JVC. There is no metro here, so a car is the easiest way to get around. Our office is in Dubai Marina, 15 to 20 minutes away, so we bring the car to your building. The handover takes about 10 minutes: you inspect the car, photograph it and sign the contract. Arrange the time with us by WhatsApp; support works daily from 10:00 to 19:00.
Parking
Townhouses and villas have their own driveways, and apartment buildings have allocated spaces. If you rent an apartment, ask the host whether a space is included and how to get the access pass. The streets inside the community are quiet, but visitor spaces are limited, so do not leave the car on the roadside overnight.
Around JVT
JVC with its shops and cafes is next door, and the Marina, JBR and Al Barsha are 15 to 20 minutes away. On weekday mornings the exits towards Al Khail Road and Sheikh Zayed Road are slower than at other times.
Delivery terms
On rentals of 7 days or more, delivery and collection anywhere in Dubai are free. On shorter rentals they cost AED 210 for both legs together. There is no deposit on any car, and 250 km a day are included.
