Dubai Creek Harbour is a new waterfront district of residential towers on the Creek, next to the Ras Al Khor Wildlife Sanctuary, with a promenade, Creek Beach and a view of the Downtown skyline across the water. There is no metro station here yet, and residents mostly get around by car or taxi. Our office is in Dubai Marina, 30 to 40 minutes away outside rush hour, so for Dubai Creek Harbour we bring the car to your building. The handover takes about 10 minutes. Parking in Dubai Creek Harbour
Most buildings have their own car parks with a limited number of spaces, usually one per apartment, so if you are renting an apartment, ask the host whether a space is included and how to get the access pass. Visitor parking in residential complexes is usually limited to about four hours and watched by security. Where there are Parkin street bays, the standard rules apply: pay by zone code in the Parkin app, AED 4.20 an hour at peak, 8 to 10 in the morning and 4 to 8 in the evening, AED 2.10 to 4.20 off-peak depending on the zone, and free from 10 pm to 8 am, on Sundays and on public holidays.
Getting around from Dubai Creek Harbour
DXB airport is about 10 to 15 minutes away, Downtown and Business Bay 15 to 20 minutes outside rush hour. On the way to Downtown, Business Bay or Bur Dubai you may cross one of the Creek bridges with Salik gates, Business Bay Crossing, Al Garhoud or Al Maktoum, AED 4.20 or 6.30 per crossing depending on the hour. Right next door, the Ras Al Khor Wildlife Sanctuary has viewing hides from which flamingos can often be seen. On the way to the Marina, when Sheikh Zayed Road is jammed, Al Khail Road usually flows.
Delivery terms
On rentals of 7 days or more, delivery and collection anywhere in Dubai are free. On shorter rentals they cost AED 210 for both legs together. There is no deposit on any car, and 250 km a day are included.
