Emirates Hills is a gated villa community inland from Dubai Marina and Al Sufouh, around the Montgomerie golf course. Our office is in Dubai Marina, about 10 minutes away, so a car here is one of the quickest to arrange. The handover takes about 10 minutes: you inspect the car, photograph it and sign the contract. Arrange the time with us by WhatsApp; support works daily from 10:00 to 19:00.
Access to the community
The community is entered through staffed gates, and a visitor must be on the resident's guest list. When you book, tell us the villa number, the gate and the name of the host; if the host has not registered us, the driver waits at the gate until security confirms the entry. The villas have their own driveways, so there is no street parking to worry about.
Driving from Emirates Hills
The community exits onto the main road towards Sheikh Zayed Road, and from there the Marina, JBR and Al Barsha are 10 to 15 minutes away, Downtown about 25 minutes outside rush hour. On weekday mornings, 7:30 to 9:30, the road towards Downtown is the busiest.
Delivery terms
On rentals of 7 days or more, delivery and collection anywhere in Dubai are free. On shorter rentals they cost AED 210 for both legs together. There is no deposit on any car, and 250 km a day are included.
