Dubai International, DXB, sits inside the city, 15 minutes from the centre, and handles almost all flights from Europe, Russia, India and the Gulf. We have no desk in the terminal and do not need one: when booking, you give us your flight number and terminal, the driver tracks the arrival online and meets you at the arrivals exit with a name board. In about 10 minutes you inspect the car, photograph it from every side, sign the contract and drive off. There is no queue and no deposit. Support works daily from 10:00 to 19:00 on WhatsApp.
Where we meet you at DXB
Terminal 1 serves most foreign airlines, and we meet you at its arrivals exit. Terminal 2 is the small flydubai terminal with a single arrivals exit, and we wait right at the doors. Terminal 3 is the Emirates terminal, the largest airport building in the world, with several exits, so the driver messages you on WhatsApp with the exact one. Terminals 1 and 3 are connected on foot, while Terminal 2 sits on the other side of the airfield, so give us the right terminal number from your boarding pass. From touchdown to leaving the car park usually takes 50 to 80 minutes, mostly immigration and baggage. The driver follows your flight, so a delay is not a problem; if immigration takes longer than an hour, drop us a WhatsApp message.
Driving from DXB and returning the car
From DXB it is about 10 minutes to Deira and the Creek, 20 to Downtown, 25 to Jumeirah, 30 to 40 minutes to the Marina and JBR along Sheikh Zayed Road, and 35 to the Palm. On the way you pass Salik gates; the charge is automatic and there is nothing to stop for. Set the hotel in your navigation app while still in the car park: the interchanges around the airport are multi-level, and a missed exit costs a 10-minute detour. For the return, we meet you at the departures terminal, usually three hours before an international flight; the ENOC station on Airport Road, three minutes from Terminals 1 and 3, is handy for filling up first.
Documents and delivery terms
Bring your passport with the visa or entry stamp, your national driving licence and, if your licence was issued outside the UAE's recognised list, an International Driving Permit; if you did not get one at home, we can arrange a digital permit on the spot for AED 250. No credit card is needed. On rentals of 7 days or more, delivery to DXB and collection there are free; on shorter rentals they cost AED 210 for both legs together. There is no deposit on any car, and 250 km a day are included.
