A city hatchback, a compact saloon or a small crossover costs from AED 109 a day, and a business saloon from AED 169. Executive cars start at around AED 450 and sports cars at around AED 600. A weekly rental works out roughly 15 per cent cheaper per day, and from 29 days the saving reaches 40 per cent.

We do not take a security deposit for the car. When you pay by card your bank places a temporary hold on the rental amount. This is a normal pre-authorisation and the money is then taken as payment rather than held on top of it.

The standard rate includes 250 km per day. That is more than enough for the city: Marina to Dubai Mall and back is about 40 km. Extra kilometres are charged separately: AED 1 to 10 per kilometre depending on the class of car, with the exact rate on each car page.

Delivery within Dubai is free on rentals of 7 days or more: to your hotel, your apartment or the airport, including DXB and DWC terminals. On shorter rentals delivery is charged separately and we quote the amount at booking. At the end of the rental our driver collects the car wherever suits you. Yes, you can drive anywhere in the UAE: Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah and Fujairah. Just remember that Abu Dhabi has its own Darb toll system, separate from Dubai's Salik.

Only by prior arrangement. You need separate insurance for Oman and written permission from the owner of the car. We arrange this in advance, so a day's notice is not enough.

Salik toll roads and parking are paid by the renter. Passing a Salik gate costs AED 4.20 at normal times and AED 6.30 at peak hours, including 5% VAT. Street parking is paid through the RTA app or a meter, while shopping mall parking is usually free.

Dubai police fines are paid by the renter. Speeding accounts for about 90 per cent of them. A fine is registered against the car with a delay of up to several days, so we settle them after the car is returned.

Yes, the minimum rental is one day. There is also an overnight rate: from 8 pm to 10 am the car costs 50 per cent less, but you collect and return it yourself.

Yes, from 29 days the daily price drops by 35 to 40 per cent against the daily rate. Monthly rental is popular with people coming for a working season: it costs less than taxis and avoids buying a car.

Up to two drivers can be named on one agreement and they may share the driving. Anyone not named must not drive: in an accident the insurance would not cover it.

Call us straight away and do not leave the scene until the police have completed their report. Without it the insurer will not accept the claim and the repair falls on the renter. We will guide you from there; we are available daily from 10 am to 7 pm.

UAE petrol stations offer two main grades: Special 95 and Super 98. Most cars take 95, while sports and premium models should have 98. You do not need to leave the car, the attendant does everything.

Yes, the car arrives with a full tank and must be returned the same way. On rentals longer than five days the first tank is free.

We accept cash, bank cards and e-wallets. When you pay by card the payment processor may add its own transaction fee. Russian cards do not work in the UAE, so plan your payment method in advance.

No, smoking in a rental car is not allowed and carries a fine. Alcohol may only be transported with the appropriate licence, though a small quantity from Duty Free for personal use is normally not an issue.
