Chauffeur-driven rental in Dubai is neither a taxi nor a movie limousine. It is a car from our fleet driven by our own employee with a local licence, knowledge of the city and a feel for Dubai's interchanges. You stop thinking about parking, Salik, fines, navigation and the drive back after dinner. The service is mainstream: in Dubai it is used not only by sheikhs but by business travellers, families with small children and tourists who would rather not learn right-hand traffic on holiday.
When you need it
- Business meetings across the city. The driver waits at the entrance while you work in the back, and the parking in DIFC and Downtown towers, where a bay costs AED 20 an hour and there are none free, is his problem.
- Meeting guests and partners at the airport in an executive car with a name board. The first impression of your company starts at the terminal exit.
- Weddings, photo shoots, birthdays. You want a Rolls-Royce or a G63 for a few hours but have more important things to do that day than drive.
- Evenings with alcohol. The UAE has zero tolerance: any amount means a fine from AED 20,000, arrest and licence loss. With a driver the question disappears.
- Family excursions to other emirates where you want to look out of the window instead of at the sat-nav and not hunt for parking at the Grand Mosque.
- Elderly parents or guests without a licence.
- Visitors from countries where driving yourself is not the custom.
Which cars
Business trips usually go in a Mercedes E-Class or S-Class, BMW 7 Series, Lexus ES or Audi A8. Families and groups of up to seven take the Mercedes V250 with its face-to-face seats or the Kia Carnival; larger groups the 11-seat Hyundai Staria or 13-seat Toyota Hiace. Special occasions call for a Rolls-Royce Ghost or Cullinan, Bentley Flying Spur, Mercedes-Maybach GLS 600 or Range Rover Vogue. For an SUV without ostentation there is the Nissan Patrol and Land Cruiser.
What it costs
The driver is charged on top of the car rental. Benchmarks for 2026:

Fuel and Salik are included in the day rate for up to 200 km, beyond that by arrangement. Trips after midnight carry a 25 percent surcharge. Waiting at the airport for a delayed flight is free for the first 60 minutes.
For comparison: a business-class taxi in Dubai charges about AED 2.5 per kilometre plus flag fall, Marina to airport is AED 150, and a day with four or five rides and waiting comes to AED 500 to 700 without any of the comfort. Hotel limousine desks charge from AED 800 for 4 hours in the same Mercedes S-Class.
How booking works
- Message us on WhatsApp: date, time, route or scenario, number of passengers, luggage, preferences for the car and the driver's language.
- We confirm the price and send a photo of the car plus the driver's name and phone number.
- Payment after confirmation by transfer or card; single transfers can be paid in cash to the driver.
- The driver messages you an hour before pick-up with the exact spot. At the airport he meets you at the exit with a name board.
- At the end we send an invoice with actual hours if you ran over the plan.
About the drivers
All drivers are employed by us officially and hold the passenger transport permit that the RTA issues in Dubai after an exam and background check. They speak English; some speak Russian, Arabic and Hindi. If a particular language matters, say so when booking and we will assign accordingly. The drivers know where to park at every hotel and restaurant, when the Deira souks close and how to dodge the Marina exit jam at 6 pm.
What a day with a driver includes
The car is yours for 10 hours and the driver waits as long as needed, anywhere. Water in the car. Help with luggage. Waiting at restaurants and malls. Not included: guiding. The driver is not a tour guide, although he will tell you where to eat well. Museum and observation deck tickets are yours to buy.
Popular chauffeured routes
- Dubai in a day: Deira, the Creek, Al Fahidi, Burj Khalifa, Jumeirah, the Palm, the Marina. 8 hours, 250 km.
- Abu Dhabi day trip: the mosque, the palace, the Louvre, Yas Island. 10 to 12 hours, 300 km.
- Restaurant evening: three or four venues from Downtown to the Marina with waiting. 5 hours.
- Shopping: Dubai Mall, Mall of the Emirates, Outlet Village, the driver loads the bags. 6 hours.
- Wedding car: pick-up at the hotel, transfer to the venue, photo session, return. 4 to 6 hours.
What we do not do
No trips to Oman without separate paperwork. No free waiting beyond an hour at the airport if the flight is moved to another day. No cargo and no animals without a carrier. No driving your own car: the service is on our vehicles only.
In short
For business, evening and celebration trips a driver is worth the money. For the beach and the mall, self-drive is cheaper. We offer both, and you can switch within one stay: three days on your own, one evening with a driver.
How chauffeur hire differs from limousine services and taxis
Dubai offers three services that look similar at first glance, and the differences matter.
Taxis and Careem: a journey from A to B, with the car leaving the moment you get out. Metered or fixed app pricing. The driver does not wait, you cannot leave belongings, and you order a new car for the return leg.
Hotel limousine services: a pre-booked ride in a premium car, usually only between points agreed in advance. Prices are fixed and high, from AED 800 for four hours, and billed through the hotel with a markup.
Chauffeur-driven rental: the car and driver are at your disposal for an agreed period. You go where you like, change plans on the move, leave belongings in the boot and the driver waits at every stop. This is not a transport service but a personal car for the day.
For a single journey a taxi costs less. For a day with five stops and waiting, chauffeur hire is both cheaper and easier.
What a day with a driver looks like
A client lands at 9 am and is met at the airport. Hotel drop-off and luggage, 30 minutes. Three meetings in Downtown, DIFC and Business Bay between 11 and 16, with the driver waiting outside each building and dealing with parking. Lunch between meetings, the car waiting at the restaurant. At 17:00 a trip to Mall of the Emirates, two hours of waiting, then loading the shopping. At 20:00 dinner in the Marina with the driver waiting. At 22:30 back to the hotel. Thirteen hours in total, of which the car moves for about three and waits for the rest.
The cost: a Mercedes E200 for the day at AED 500 plus a driver at AED 600 for 10 hours and three extra hours at AED 70, totalling AED 1,310. The same by taxi: 12 to 14 rides at AED 40 to 80 plus waiting, around AED 900, but with time lost ordering a car after every stop and nowhere to leave the shopping.
Client requirements and practicalities
Chauffeur hire needs no driving licence, International Driving Permit or driving experience, since our employee is at the wheel. All you need is a passport and prepayment. The minimum booking is four hours; transfers have no minimum.
Drivers speak English, and we can assign Russian, Arabic or Hindi speakers on request. They are not tour guides and do not conduct excursions, but they will tell you where to eat and what to see along the way. Tips are not required but are customary, usually AED 50 to 100 for a full day.
Cancellation is free up to 12 hours before pick-up; later than that one hour is charged. Client delays beyond an hour are billed at the hourly rate.
