Terminal 3 is the Emirates terminal at Dubai International and one of the largest airport buildings in the world. We have no desk in the terminal: when booking, you give us your flight number, the driver tracks the arrival online and meets you at the arrivals exit with a name board. The handover takes about 10 minutes: you inspect the car, photograph it and sign the contract. Arrange the time with us by WhatsApp; support works daily from 10:00 to 19:00.
Meeting point and the way into the city
The terminal has several arrivals exits and a long walk from the gates to baggage claim, so the driver messages you on WhatsApp with the exact exit. The Metro Red Line station Terminal 3 is in the building. From T3 it is about 10 minutes to Deira and the Creek, 20 to Downtown and 30 to 40 to the Marina along Sheikh Zayed Road. Allow 50 to 80 minutes from landing to leaving the car park, mostly immigration and baggage.
Returning the car
For the return we meet you at the departures level, usually three hours before an international flight. The ENOC station on Airport Road is a convenient place to fill up first.
Delivery terms
On rentals of 7 days or more, delivery to the airport and collection there are free. On shorter rentals they cost AED 210 for both legs together. There is no deposit on any car, and 250 km a day are included. Bring your passport, your national driving licence and, if it is required for your country, an International Driving Permit.
