We do not take a security deposit for the car. When you pay by card your bank places a temporary hold on the rental amount. This is a normal pre-authorisation and the money is then taken as payment rather than held on top of it.

Delivery within Dubai is free on rentals of 7 days or more: to your hotel, your apartment or the airport, including DXB and DWC terminals. On shorter rentals delivery is charged separately and we quote the amount at booking. At the end of the rental our driver collects the car wherever suits you. Delivery to other emirates is charged separately.

Tourists need a passport, an entry visa or immigration card, a national driving licence and, where required, an International Driving Permit. UAE residents need an Emirates ID and a UAE driving licence.
