What is in the fleet

We have seven American cars with muscle-car character. Four are modern: the Chevrolet Corvette C8 Stingray Convertible 2024, Dodge Challenger R/T Scat Pack 2023, Dodge Charger R/T 2023 and Chevrolet Camaro RS Convertible V6 2020. Three are classics: the Chevrolet Camaro SS Convertible V8 1968, Chevrolet Chevelle 1969 and Chevrolet Chevelle 1971.

The modern cars cost from 239 to 750 AED per day. The classics are pricier, from 699 to 1,490 AED per day. All prices are as of October 2026, and the current price is on each car page.

How they drive and sound

All the modern cars are rear-wheel drive. The Corvette C8 is the odd one out in this list: the engine sits behind the driver like a supercar, 0 to 100 km/h takes about 3 seconds and the hard top folds away in 16 seconds. It has two seats and luggage space at both ends, enough for one suitcase.

The 2023 Challenger Scat Pack is the last model year of the naturally aspirated 6.4 HEMI V8, with 0 to 100 km/h in about 4.5 seconds. For a coupe it is unusually practical: five seats, a boot of around 459 litres, Brembo brakes and an active exhaust. The Charger R/T has the same attitude with four doors, a 5.7 V8 and 5.3 seconds to 100 km/h.

The Camaro RS with its V6 is gentler and more affordable. It is a four-seat convertible with a boot for two suitcases, and it is the one most people ask for between November and April, when the roof can stay down.

Fuel use and Salik

Big V8s use a lot of petrol, especially in traffic and with a heavy right foot. Check the tank before you set off and budget for refuelling: fuel is paid by the renter. The 250 km per day limit is included in the price.

Abu Dhabi is roughly 140 km one way, so a same-day round trip can go over 250 km. Ask us about the extra kilometre rate before you leave.

Salik tolls are charged per gate crossed and do not depend on engine size. Speed cameras work throughout Dubai, and a powerful rear-wheel-drive car gains speed without you noticing, so watch the limits. Fines are paid by the renter at actual cost.

Where to drive a muscle car

  • An evening loop of Dubai. The Marina, Palm Jumeirah, the waterfront and Jumeirah Beach Road. This is where the car looks best, and a V8 sounds especially good in tunnels and under flyovers.
  • The road to Abu Dhabi and the Corniche. A smooth highway where even the Camaro is comfortable. Remember tolls and the kilometre limit.
  • An early run to the Hatta mountains. A good option for the Challenger and Corvette in the cooler season. With rear-wheel drive, be gentle on the throttle in corners.

These are road cars. Sand is not for rear-wheel-drive cars, so take an SUV for dunes. One more point: if the road is slippery after a rare rain shower, drive these cars gently.

The classics: Camaro 1968 and Chevelle

The 1968 Camaro SS is a genuine first-generation muscle car, not a replica. It has no driver aids and no rear camera, but it has steering, sound and a feel that no modern car can match. The Chevelle 1969 (5.7 V8, about 300 hp) and the Chevelle 1971 are rented for photo shoots, weddings and filming.

Classics follow special rules: we arrange the handover in person and ask you to book well ahead. The Chevelle 1969 is 1,200 AED per day and 7,000 AED per week with no monthly price listed, so ask us about a month. The Chevelle 1971 is 1,490 AED per day, 8,990 AED per week and 34,990 AED per month.

Week, month and terms

If you need the car for longer, do the sums: the Corvette is 4,350 AED per week instead of 5,250 at the daily rate, the Challenger 2,700 instead of 3,150 and the Charger 2,100 instead of 2,450. Monthly rates work out lower per day still.

Cars on this list need no deposit, insurance is included and the limit is 250 km per day. Delivery in Dubai is free on rentals from 7 days; on shorter rentals it costs 210 AED (delivery and return together). The driver must be at least 21 with a year of experience. Some supercars may have stricter terms on their page, so check it before booking.
